On the day after Garden Bloggers' Bloom Day, Pam at Digging hosts Foliage Follow-Up to celebrate the important role of foliage in our gardens. Recently, Alison and I attended the Cascade Cactus and Succulent Society Odd Plant Show and Sale (post to come.) I went with the idea that I didn't want to buy anything as I already have too many plants. Here's what I got. So I'm an addict, is this a surprise to you?
Aeonium glandulosum
Aeonium 'Lemon Lime'
Mammillaria schiedeana var. plumosa forma mostruosa in a pot made by Steve Casebolt whose garden I got to visit earlier this summer. (Post forthcoming.)
Cyphostemma juttae
Alluaudia procera
The next four plants came in these pots by Peter Liekkio of Pete's Pots and Plants. Click on the link and you'll find a video tour of Peter's greenhouse. (Sigh!)
Euphorbia buplar x suzanne
"A nice toothy form of Aloe humilis grown from seed 1995." Wow!
