Some fruit would round out the meal nicely so here's a salt cellar "fruit bowl" comprised of berries from Iris foetidissima, Arbutus unedo, Fuchsia, and Callicarpa.
It just wouldn't be teatime without a warming cup of tea, would it? A Christmas ornament teapot will do the trick.
Although we haven't had a hard frost yet, the air is definitely feeling colder and we've had quite a bit of rain lately as well. A bit of warm soup would really hit the spot so today I've chosen a miniature soup tureen to hold some warm-colored tropaeolum tuberosum blooms, a couple of abutilons and a bit of foliage from Acer palmatum 'Emerald Lace.'
