I love a good garden art festival but this is the first year I've attended Arts in the Garden at the Bellevue Botanical Garden. Most of the vendors also bring their wares to Sorticulture in Everett each June. While the creations are fantastic, the garden was especially gorgeous and my attention kept being drawn to the plants. Today we'll look at some of the fab garden art and later we'll have a gander at parts of the garden. Because there are so many images in this post, I'll shut up and let the work speak for itself. If you have questions about who made any of these, just ask and I'll happily tell you how to contact them. You can also look at the Arts in the Garden website for a list of vendors here.
Dig the steel planter. Would this look good with an agave in it or would the two sculptural elements war with each other?
A permanent installation.
It was fun to see one of these ornamental sprinklers in action.
Teapot birdhouses. I wonder if birds would actually set up house in one of these?
We are the Borg. You will be assimilated. Resistance is futile.

More Borg cubes coming to assimilate alien trees.
From Darth Vader's garden. I rather like the black glass against all of the green.
The tea house was a perfect spot of Bonsai Akira!
Looking for a stylish way to protect your plants from bunnies and deer?
An agave for sun or shade!
Hope you enjoyed looking at the creations of these talented folks as much as I did! Would any of them have come home with you?
